Crystal D. Steele, CMM, HITCM-PP
Office Manager
I began my healthcare career in college as an E.M.T. After attending San Diego State University, I moved to Long Island, NY, where I worked as the Operations Manager for a Wall Street Securities firm. I took an eight-year break from my career to devote to my family. In 2000, I went back to work in the medical field as an Office Manager in an OB/GYN practice. After 12 years, my children and I moved to Winter Garden, Florida.
I am currently the Office Manager for Integrated Women’s Health, Lori K. Lambert, MD, in Orlando, FL and have been here for the past nine years. I love working in Women’s Health. I joined PAHCOM in 2012 and became a Certified Medical Manager (CMM) in March of 2012. I have three wonderful adult children, and I’m recently married to my best friend.

Kim Krause, CMM
Practice Administrator
Hello fellow PAHCOM members! I am Kim Krause, CMM and fortunate to be serving again as a member of your National Advisory Board. I began my career in healthcare 33 years ago as a part time receptionist and biller while in high school. Since that time, I have worked as a medical assistant, X-ray technician and just about every other position in the office setting. I had managed a solo internal medicine practice for14 years until early 2016 when I decided I needed a new challenge. I moved down the coast of California a few hundred miles to manage a very busy physician cardiology practice. Just recently I have transitioned to a new specialty, Gastroenterology. I am sure I will learn many new things this year.
I joined PAHCOM and attended my first conference in 2004. PAHCOM has been an invaluable resource for me for the past 17 years and I am excited for what 2021 has in store for us. You can count on PAHCOM to continue sharing knowledge and be a leader in our industry. Please reach out to any member of the NAB we are here to assist you.
